ORMEC is pleased to announce the addition of several new models to the line-up of N-Series motors that includes motors on both ends of the Speed/Torque Curve.

Introduced in the late 1990's, the H-Series motors have been used on a broad range of applications initially with the ORION Motion Control System and then later, the SMLC and XD-Series Indexer.

Introduced in the early 1990's, the D-Series motors have been used on a broad range of applications initially with the GEN III Motion Control System and then later, the ORION Motion Control System

The KMD-50 and KMD-60 are the first of a line of electromechanical actuators providing a powerful and efficient alternative to hydraulic or roller screw actuators applications such as pressing, metal and Thermo-Forming and other high load applications

Originally developed for the NASA’s Vehicle Stabilizer Test Fixture program awarded to ORMEC in 2015, Torque Sharing allows the user to drive a single axis with multiple servo motors, only limited by the axes available on the SMLC.

Effective July 1, 2016 ORMEC will be discontinuing the production of a subset of the G-Series Family of Digital Drives.

Version 3 of the SMLC Hardware insures that customers with existing applications can easily transition to the new SMLC without making changes to their existing applications while customers with new application will be ensured a continued long product life cycle.
