SW-Series Digital Drives

September 1, 2015 – Rochester, New York, USA – Effective November 1, 2015, ORMEC will be discontinuing the production of the SW-Series Family of ServoWire^® Digital Drives.  The affected model numbers are shown in Table 1.

Orders for new drives can be placed through October 31, 2015.  As of November 1, 2015, new drive orders will be based upon availability.  ORMEC will continue to offer repair services of the SAC-SW2xx – Series Drives for an extended period of time.

Upgrade options also exist, including ORMEC’s latest ServoWire^® drive, the S2D-Series.  The S2D-Series drives will interface with existing motors and controls.  Additional information regarding the S2D-Series Drives can be found at:
